In the evening i was late for the "party"... better luck next time, Hi Hi 73, CU next Es CT1BYM Miguel |

Fernando EA8TX peaked S9+20 dB on SSB so always check SSB/CW because you will miss a lot in the FT8 'Tower of Babel' |

I usually leave the station monitoring 144.174. When back from sport I saw what reported above, with my antenna pointing 270 degr. (QTF for the stations seen is 225 degr). At least with the CT stations, SSB QSO's would definitely have been possible. 73, Gaetan |

Comment: Some CT's were S9 in FT8. so I decided to QSY. Miraculously I heard and worked CT1DIZ, also heard someone else, but did not get his call sign. Heard in FT*: EB8AC (IL28) and EA8CXN, IL18, (NC). Not a bad start of the season thus far! GD, DX, Peter |

Lucky to catch some stations, as I was on the edge of the ES-path. Opening to CT from 1610-1630utc (EA8 1612-1617utc) CN8LI was there from 1851-1858utc Not a single signal heard in SSB, although signals from CT where loud. A pitty, because in SSB a QSO is much faster, so more QSO's can be made during this kind of short openings. A lot of EA stations active and workd on 70MHz, |
