13:24 Heard my local neighbour G7RAU (31km away QTF 157 deg) working SV6KRW on 300, but SV6KRW was not audible at my station at the time.

13:26 Heard SV3BEF in KM07 square calling weakly on 300. I called him, but no report was received, so QSO is not complete. Unfortunately I had QRM on the frequency from other distant stations via E's. A great opportunity missed...

No other stations via E's heard. Heard a few MS brief bursts from Joe CT1HZE a later on at 14:20 whilst the MUF was hovering just below 144 MHz in a path in his direction. There where two high MUF areas at the same time, one towards SV/IK and the other to EA/CT. Made it quite difficult to make decision as to where to point the beam! Thanks for the QSO's
