MUF was high the whole day through and 144 was open several times at different places, but openings were always short and patchy.

Comment:
OIRT was full of stations after 17.30 UT up to 73 MHz. At 18:08 UC6A suddenly popped out of the noise with 59+. Worked him barefoot with 2 watts (amp cold) as well as UU4JED, also barefoot. UU4JED said that he's was using a vertical groundplane. Heard LZ1ZX strong via FAI and UR5LX later in a mix of ES/MS and IONO. RW7A was audible only for 20 sec. very weak in the noise. Heard UC6A until app. 18.40 UT in/out. Activity was very low.
